In this episode, the soul of mafia godfather Vito accidentally possesses Leo, a humble teenager adopted by the Grayson family. Waking up in the hospital, Leo is immediately met with accusations and frame-ups from his entire family: his adopted brother Chris stages a fake "murder" to falsely accuse Leo of pushing him down the stairs.
