Rocco leads the mafia elite into the hospital, seeking to avenge the deceased Godfather Vito. Faced with the death threats from the gang, Grayson's family (adoptive father Richard, adoptive mother Margaret, and adoptive sister Chloe) display their extremely selfish nature, collectively begging for mercy on their knees and frantically shifting the blame, urging Rocco to kill Leo to appease his anger. Disgusted by the family's baseness, Rocco orders them all to be taken away and buried alive. Watching coldly from the sidelines, Leo initially intends to spare Rocco, but instantly erupts when provoked by Rocco at gunpoint, counterattacking with Godfather-level skills. His fierce movements leave Rocco utterly shocked.
