Episode 1 - Allergic to Love

Episode 2 - Allergic to Love

The episode opens with the villain Susan impersonating someone else, basking in artistic recognition that rightfully belongs to the protagonist's sister. Subsequently, the Susan family, seeking to climb the social ladder, forces a reluctant Susan into an arranged marriage with Fu Shiyan, the president of the Fu Group, who is rumored to be both ugly and a jinx to his wives. Amidst the family's heated arguments and Susan's deep distress, Lin Qian, a new maid who looks exactly like her (actually the protagonist Lin Yiyi, who has undergone plastic surgery for revenge), is brought before her. Seeing this, Susan hatches a plan, coercing and enticing Lin Qian to act as her double, meet Mr. Fu, and reject the marriage proposal, thus setting the stage for subsequent identity mix-ups and revenge.

The episode opens with Su Shan, the daughter of the Su family, bewildered by her sudden engagement to President Fu. She also discovers that the new maid, Lin Yiyi, looks exactly like her. Suspecting Lin Yiyi of seducing President Fu, Su Shan violently forces her to attend the banquet in her place, ordering her to ruin the marriage. Lin Yiyi outwardly complies, but inwardly reveals her determination for revenge, calling Su Shan a "poisonous snake." The episode concludes with a suspicious Su Shan calling her subordinate to investigate a woman named "Lin Qian," setting up suspense for future plots.

This episode tells the story of Fu Shiyan, president of Fu Group, who suffers from a rare condition that causes him pain upon contact with women. He decides to enter into an arranged marriage with the "Su family's eldest daughter," the only woman who doesn't trigger his allergic reaction. During an accidental encounter, Fu Shiyan discovers that "Susan," impersonated by Lin Yiyi, poses no threat to him and becomes intrigued by her. In a subsequent formal meeting, Fu Shiyan confirms this and immediately proposes to "Susan." For her revenge plan, Lin Yiyi readily accepts and urges him to propose soon, leading to their swift contractual marriage.

In this episode, protagonist Lin Yiyi (acting as a body double) fails to annul the engagement for Su Shan, the eldest daughter of the Su family. Upon her return, she is humiliated and beaten by Su Shan. Su Shan's mother intervenes not out of kindness, but to propose that if the annulment fails, Lin Yiyi should marry in Su Shan's place, to bear the potential "incompatibility" bad luck associated with the engagement. Under duress from Su Shan and her mother, Lin Yiyi is forced to accept the annulment task again. Afterwards, her mother, Liu Ma, who works as a maid, comforts her with concern. Looking at her injuries, Lin Yiyi resolves to use this pain to get revenge on Su Shan.

The episode opens with a flashback revealing the engagement promise between the female lead Lin Yiyi (disguised as Susan) and the male lead Fu Shiyan. Subsequently, Lin Yiyi arrives at Fu Shiyan's hotel room, deliberately making herself appear disheveled. She lies, claiming her parents are demanding an exorbitant bride price of 500 million and are forcing her to break off the engagement. Her aim is to portray herself as someone who would not sell her love for money. Fu Shiyan, seeing her injuries, mistakenly believes they were inflicted by her parents, feeling both pity and anger. He not only flatly refuses the annulment but also霸气 declares his willingness to pay any amount of money. He is successfully moved by Lin Yiyi's scheme, and their relationship grows closer as a result.
