Qi Wang accidentally awakens the slumbering goddess Ji Xue, who has slept for a hundred years, in the old mansion. After waking up, Ji Xue displays absolute power and pressure, not only calling Qi Wang "puppy" but also demanding he lead her to find her savior, Qi Lin, and the family's sacred artifact, the "Four Directions Cauldron." Qi Wang is shocked to find Ji Xue looks exactly like the person in an old photograph in his great-grandfather's room. Forced to comply, he drives her back to the Qi family's main residence. Along the way, Ji Xue shows intense curiosity and a sense of alienation towards modern technology.
