Episode 2 - Between the Aisle and a Lie

On her wedding day with Zhao Guopeng, the bride-to-be Qianqian is told by her "best friend" Kong Xueru and others that her fiancé is cheating, and she sees a video of Zhao Guopeng with a woman called "Xiao Ke Ai." Fueled by Kong Xueru and the others, Qianqian mistakenly believes the woman in the video is the mistress, when in reality she is Zhao Guopeng's current wife, Lin Yuwei. Blinded by rage, Qianqian decides to call off the wedding and catch them in the act, falling right into the trap set by Lin Yuwei and Kong Xueru.

Episode 3 - Between the Aisle and a Lie

The episode opens with Qianqian persuading her husband, Wenbin, to attend her mother Lin Yuwei's wedding. However, Wenbin flatly refuses due to deep-seated resentment towards his mother. A flashback reveals a heated conflict from three years prior: Lin Yuwei, a gambling and drinking addict, demanded money from Wenbin. When refused, she became enraged. As Wenbin tearfully accused her of driving his father to his death, Lin Yuwei violently struck her son with a wine bottle. Returning to the present, Wenbin, out of love and pity for his wife Qianqian, finally decides to compromise. However, just as he makes his decision, Lin Yuwei, dressed in her wedding gown, suddenly appears and publicly slaps Qianqian, leaving a significant cliffhanger.

This episode depicts a fierce conflict triggered by a misunderstanding. On her wedding day, the bride Lin Yuwei, accompanied by her friend Kong Xueru and others, bursts into the home of her daughter-in-law Qianqian. Mistakenly believing Qianqian to be her fiancé Zhao Guopeng's mistress, Lin Yuwei begins to verbally abuse and attack her. Qianqian calmly and forcefully fights back, easily subduing Lin Yuwei's companions. At the climax of the confrontation, Lin Yuwei collapses and cries out that she is Zhao Guopeng's wife. Qianqian is then shocked to realize that this aggressive "rival" is actually her husband's mother, her own mother-in-law.

At the wedding of Lin Yuwei and Zhao Guopeng, a woman named Qianqian suddenly appears, claiming to be Lin Yuwei's daughter-in-law. Lin Yuwei, along with her friends Kong Xueru and another accomplice, dismiss her with contempt and verbally humiliate her, firmly believing that Lin Yuwei's true daughter-in-law is the president of Wu Group, the only woman in the top ten of the rich list. As they are about to tear off Qianqian's clothes in humiliation, Qianqian calmly takes out her phone and shows wedding photos of herself with Lin Yuwei's son, Wen Bin, instantly turning the tables and leaving everyone present stunned.

At the grand wedding of her mother-in-law Lin Yuwei and Zhao Group President Zhao Guopeng, daughter-in-law Wu Qianqian, in her wedding dress, clashes with her mother-in-law and her friend Kong Xueru. Lin Yuwei pretends to reconcile but secretly sets a trap. Qianqian's husband Wen Bin sends a property worth one billion as a wedding gift, which is unexpectedly registered in Qianqian's name, sparking jealousy in Lin Yuwei's brother. Immediately after, reporters hired by Lin Yuwei burst in and publicly slander Qianqian, accusing her of seducing her future father-in-law Zhao Guopeng, creating a massive scandal for the wealthy family and leaving Qianqian in a situation where she cannot defend herself.
