After surviving a car accident, Lin Siyi awakens to the realization that her past life of subservience was meaningless, prompting her to reclaim her true identity as the heiress to the Lin family fortune and launch a counterattack. Her eldest brother, Lin Zhen, notices her transformation and, feeling relieved, pledges his unwavering support. Lin Siyi makes a grand entrance at Qiuteng Noble Academy in a luxury car, causing a school-wide sensation as her true identity is fully exposed. Chen Qiu, who once bullied Lin Siyi to curry favor with the ringleader Liu Anna, tries to ingratiate herself with her, only to be baited by Lin Siyi into recording a confession of betrayal against Liu Anna. During a subsequent physical education class, with the tacit approval of teacher Zhang Baili, Liu Anna lures Lin Siyi into the equipment room and locks the door, intending to subject her to a new round of bullying.
