Episode 1 - Seeds of Power, Fruits of Fury

Episode 2 - Seeds of Power, Fruits of Fury

In a humble construction site dormitory, the male protagonist Lin Shan prepares a hot pot for his girlfriend Zheng Nuan to thank her for her help with the blueprint work. As the couple enjoys their warm meal, the spoiled rich second-generation villain Zhan Hai bursts in with his goons. Disgusted by the dirty and messy dormitory, they cause a rampage and deliberately provoke Lin Shan. Lin Shan tries to reason with Zhan Hai to defend his dignity, only to be further humiliated. Zhan Hai flicks cigarette ash into the hot pot and overturns the table. At the climax of the conflict, Lin Shan's ex-girlfriend Zhou Yantong appears with Zhan Hai, watching Lin Shan being bullied with a smile. This reveals her betrayal, plunging Lin Shan into shock and despair.

Lin Shan encounters his ex-girlfriend Zhou Yantong intimately with the rich young master Zhan Hai in a humble restaurant. Zhou Yantong and Zhan Hai not only dismiss his concerns but publicly reveal that her relationship with Lin Shan was merely a game arranged by Zhan Hai, and they verbally and physically humiliate him to the extreme. Zhan Hai orders his men to restrain Lin Shan and forcibly puts nine green hats on him as a form of humiliation. Lin Shan's girlfriend, Zheng Nuan, tries to defend him but is stopped. Zhan Hai refuses a fair duel and instead ties Lin Shan to a bomb in an abandoned factory, threatening Zheng Nuan's safety and forcing Lin Shan into a deadly game of defusing the bomb within two minutes, pushing the conflict to its peak.

His girlfriend Zheng Nuan rushes forward despite the danger. At the brink of death, they urge each other to escape, confess their love with tears, and promise to be together if they survive. Just as Lin Shan successfully disarms the bomb, the mastermind Zhan Hai appears with Lin Shan's ex-girlfriend Zhou Yantong, revealing this was just his game. Zhan Hai doesn't stop there; instead, he takes Zheng Nuan hostage, forcing Lin Shan to participate in a more cruel game, and the story ends in an extremely tense standoff.

The conflict quickly escalates, with Zhan Hai issuing a humiliating demand for Lin Baiyi to kneel, apologize, and pay a huge sum of money. The two sides are at a standoff, and the atmosphere becomes extremely tense.
