In this episode, mafia boss Eric psychologically tortures his captive Lacey in the bedroom. Eric probes and mocks her by examining her ankle injury, openly calling her his "plaything." In her pain, Lacey has an epiphany, pointing out that Eric enjoys tormenting her. When Eric dismisses her suffering, Lacey erupts, accusing him of murdering her parents and kidnapping her brother. Eric responds with even greater cruelty, threatening to harm Lacey's brother incrementally. Ultimately, Lacey, in despair, begs Eric to kill her brother directly to end the torture.
