Su Huai Nian comes to pick up his bride Luo Jing Xue. Su Yu Ze, who accompanies him, speaks rudely, shaming Luo Jing Xue for her past with Fu Ting Shi. Angered, Luo Jing Xue slaps Su Yu Ze and threatens to cancel the wedding with Su Huai Nian. After reprimanding Su Yu Ze, Su Huai Nian comforts Luo Jing Xue and assures her the wedding will proceed as planned. Meanwhile, another wedding is also underway. Song Nan Qiao, uneasy about Fu Ting Shi's coldness and seeking "good luck" to secure her position, stops the approaching wedding car (which happens to be Luo Jing Xue's).
