Plot of Episode 2

Ravit returns home and learns from the servants that his wife, Torung, is unwell and hasn't eaten. Ravit enters the room and finds Torung with an injured forehead. Torung immediately proposes divorce, igniting Ravit's anger. Ravit questions her motives, and Torung frankly states she wants a child to solidify her position in the wealthy family, even suggesting IVF. Ravit is extremely disgusted and flatly refuses. After Ravit leaves, Torung falls into painful memories, recalling her rival Apinya calling to boast about being pregnant with Ravit's child. It is then that Torung heartbreakingly realizes her husband doesn't want children, just not children with her.
