As the wedding is about to begin, the female protagonist Elsa catches her fiancé Boris being intimate with her stepsister Jennifer in the lounge. When confronted by Elsa, the two show no remorse and instead mock her. Boris even threatens Elsa with the survival of her mother's hotel, forcing her to go through with the wedding. Humiliated and cornered, Elsa angrily decides to cancel the wedding and impulsively grabs a nearby waiter, announcing to everyone that she will marry him. This waiter is none other than the male protagonist Arthur, who is in disguise.
