This episode depicts Cheng Qingye seeking treatment from TCM doctor Yu Song for insomnia caused by restlessness. Yu Song directly states the cause is "desire giving rise to illness," and Cheng Qingye takes the opportunity to boldly tease him, suggesting they "sleep it off" as a cure. Before entering the consultation room, Cheng Qingye, who is attracted to good looks, asks Yu Song to remove his mask for a "visual inspection." After witnessing Yu Song's handsome appearance, her heart races, but she hides her fluster through inner monologue. Later, in the private treatment room, Yu Song asks Cheng Qingye to undress for treatment. Though shy and nervous, Cheng Qingye decides to "be bad this time" for Yu Song. After removing her outer clothing, she calls Yu Song in, and the ambiguous atmosphere between them reaches its peak.
