Plot of Episode 3

The episode opens with Doctor Charlie confronting her ex-boyfriend Harry, demanding to know why he hid his royal identity. Subsequently, Charlie's superior, Vincent, blackmails her by threatening her mother's medical expenses. When Charlie attempts to record evidence of his coercion, Vincent abuses his authority and forces her into a medical mission in the war-torn Troy. Meanwhile, Prince Harry, already in the Troy war zone, inadvertently reveals in a conversation with his subordinate David that his return to the front lines is for Charlie, despite his denials. The episode concludes at a tense moment as Charlie arrives in the war zone, on the verge of reuniting with Harry.
