Plot of Episode 4

At the banquet, Jiang Zhiwei publicly slaps Gu Yunshu, who is impersonating the daughter, and declares herself the true mistress of the Gu family, with Jiang Rou being the only legitimate eldest daughter. However, Gu Yunshu and her mother (the mistress) retort, falsely accusing Jiang Zhiwei's family of being servants dreaming in broad daylight and maliciously revealing that Jiang Rou has been tortured into an idiot. Enraged upon learning of her daughter's plight, Jiang Zhiwei is met with threats from Gu's mother to have her apprehended, and the conflict between the two sides erupts completely.
