At the Fu family's club, Fu Yaoyang's second uncle, Fu Zhenye, uses the historical allusion of "The Feast at Hong Gate" from Peking Opera to subtly pressure Fu Yaoyang, implying he is a potential threat. Fu Yaoyang retaliates skillfully with the same allusion, creating an undercurrent of tension between them. Meanwhile, the female protagonist, Qi Simin, is disguised as a waitress here in search of her missing brother, Siyuan. She is greatly shocked when she unexpectedly sees Fu Yaoyang. Subsequently, she is urged by her supervisor to bring them tea, and an encounter filled with unknowns is about to begin.
