Khwan-ta faces Dr. Kong-pob's diagnosis of severe heart failure. Overwhelmed by despair and uncertainty about the future, she adamantly refuses hospitalization and a heart transplant, only asking for medication to manage her condition. Subsequently, she receives a threatening message from the antagonist, Surachat, demanding a meeting in an alley. With a resolve of "I have nothing to lose, I might as well die," Khwan-ta dresses up and heads to the rendezvous. In the car, Surachat is captivated by her beauty and gifts her a necklace, officially initiating their dangerous game of cat and mouse.
