Plot of Episode 6

At the Fu Corporation banquet, Qin Lu and Liao Tingting, mother and daughter, maliciously plot to use Shen Mengyin, who has "returned from the countryside," as a foil to highlight Tingting's nobility. They even deliberately bring Mengyin's cat, intending to get rid of it by enlisting the Fu family's heir, who is known to dislike cats. The Liao father and son also humiliate Mengyin repeatedly, ordering her to stay away to avoid embarrassment. However, when Zhou Wenhan, the banquet organizer, appears, he politely receives the Liao family but reveals extreme shock and reverence upon seeing Mengyin, hinting at Mengyin's true noble identity.
