FBI's Most Wanted hitman Dion accepts a new contract from his client Jeffery to assassinate the underground arms dealer Vaughn. The mission is set at a private masquerade ball in three days, but with a strict condition: he must bring a partner. Lucas, a vampire prince, uses his Future-Scape ability to foresee Dion's gruesome death during the mission. Lucas tries to stop Dion from walking into danger, but Dion insists on taking the risk to pay for his sister Emma's surgery, rejecting the vampire money offered by Lucas. In the end, Dion leaves alone, and Lucas resolves to protect him from the shadows.
