Plot of Episode 8

Madison, frail and suffering from advanced stomach cancer, makes a humble call to her husband Hunter, attempting to ask him to come home. However, during the call, she overhears his intimate interactions with his lover, Andrea, in bed. Faced with Madison's probing questions about death, Hunter displays extreme cold-bloodedness and disgust, even cruelly cursing her to commit suicide or get cancer. Under the barrage of her husband's heartless verbal abuse and her lover's arrogant provocations, Madison finally sees the rottenness of their marriage. She awakens in despair and coughing up blood, ultimately sending Hunter a text message to propose divorce.
