Plot of Episode 8

The episode opens with Tianhua Company's CEO, Feng Chenchen, in a difficult negotiation with Ling Shi Group's Vice President, Lu Dong. She pleads for a price reduction, but Lu Dong arrogantly pressures her from a position of power. Suddenly, Lu Dong receives a call informing him that his father, Lu Da, has been beaten. He interrupts the negotiation and rushes off. The scene shifts to a dinner party where Lu Da is publicly humiliating his former classmate Zhang Jianguo, who now works as a security guard, mocking his low social status. After boasting about his son being the Vice President of Ling Shi Group, Lu Da makes a bet: if the influential Zhang Fan is Zhang Jianguo's son, he will call Zhang Jianguo "dad." Just as he finishes speaking, Lu Dong bursts in, setting the stage for a dramatic confrontation with an unexpected twist.
