In this episode, the protagonist Claire goes undercover as a regular employee at the company. She first captures evidence and instructs her assistant Kevin to handle it, but then faces harassment from workplace bully Jessica, who demands she photocopy 100 documents in half an hour. Colleague Susan kindly offers to help but is framed by Jessica. Jessica prints photos of Susan's sick brother and publicly humiliates him, even maliciously suggesting he "make quick money." The conflict escalates, and Jessica assaults Susan when she defends her brother. Just as Jessica is about to harm Susan with a utility knife, CEO assistant Kevin Baker appears and intervenes.
