On a flight to Yecheng, Zhang Shiyu, the girlfriend of Anning Airlines General Manager Lu Yifei, deliberately provoked and assaulted intern flight attendant Song Ning. Afterward, Lu Yifei, through a video call, abused his authority to support his girlfriend, publicly demanding that Chief Flight Attendant Chen Xue lead the entire crew to kneel and apologize to Zhang Shiyu. Some passengers spoke out against the injustice but were met with violent threats from Zhang Shiyu's brother, Zhang Junfeng. Lu Yifei further threatened to ground the entire crew, pushing Song Ning and her colleagues into a desperate situation, with conflict on the verge of erupting in the cabin.
