A gifted disciple with a divine body can see the heavens with his awakened eyes. Sent down the mountain to unlock his fate with an icy fiancée, he expects destiny— instead, he lands in chaos, mistaken for a creep after accidentally kissing her. And somehow, that’s only the beginning.

This episode follows Qin Shuai (the youngest disciple), disciple of the Kunpeng Sect leader Kunpeng, as he descends the mountain on his master's orders to fulfill a marriage contract with the Shangguan family's daughter. His five elder sisters, who are infatuated with him, try their best to stop him, even fabricating a story about him "peeking at them bathing" to prove their intimacy. Their master, Kunpeng, explains that Qin Shuai possesses the "Heavenly Demon Sacred Body" and can only achieve the sacred path through Yin-Yang connection with Shangguan Baiyu. He then bestows upon his five elder sisters prestigious identities in the mortal world and sends them down the mountain to secretly protect Qin Shuai. Qin Shuai arrives in the city, captivated by the modern scenery. However, he encounters his fiancée, Shangguan Baiyu, on the street and stares at her, only to be severely reprimanded by her, thus beginning his urban adventure.

Qin Shuai encounters Shangguan Baiyu on the street and immediately recognizes she suffers from a severe "chest disease" and has little time left. Shangguan Baiyu mistakes Qin Shuai for a lecherous scoundrel and tries to kill him in anger. Despite his sister Wan'er's pleas for mediation, Shangguan Baiyu is determined to kill him. Just as they are at a stalemate, a falling potted plant breaks the tension. Qin Shuai saves Shangguan Baiyu at the last moment, and they accidentally kiss. Qin Shuai remarks that although Shangguan Baiyu has a fiery temper, her lips are very soft, and the atmosphere becomes instantly delicate.

This episode depicts the first direct confrontation between Qin Shuai and his fiancée, Shangguan Baiyu. During the "rescue" attempt, Qin Shuai accidentally kisses Shangguan Baiyu. Faced with his fiancée's furious interrogation, Qin Shuai offers no apology and instead teases her. The two then engage in a fierce fight. Despite Shangguan Baiyu's sharp attacks, Qin Shuai handles them with ease, ultimately ending the battle by "splashing water" on her, leaving her disheveled and further escalating their conflict.

Qin Shuai accidentally wets Shangguan Baiyu's clothes on the street, soiling the "ancestral jade" she cherishes. Furious, Shangguan Baiyu orders her subordinate, Zhuifeng, to kill Qin Shuai. However, Qin Shuai recognizes Shangguan Baiyu as his fiancée, whom he came down the mountain to find, through the jade. Shangguan Baiyu leaves with her sister Wan'er. As Qin Shuai attempts to pursue them, he is blocked by a group of bodyguards in black. Qin Shuai displays astonishing combat prowess, quickly defeating them all. Finally, the leader of the bodyguards draws a pistol and points it at Qin Shuai, escalating the crisis.

Qin Shuai encounters an armed assassin on the street. He uses his divine powers to render the bullets invisible and crushes the handgun with his bare hands, mocking the assassin before declaring he's off to find his "wife." The scene shifts indoors to Shangguan Baiyu, who is seething with anger after being teased and splashed with coffee by Qin Shuai, even wishing to "burn him to ashes." Her sister Wan'er, though finding Qin Shuai shameless, is impressed by his skills. Later, Wan'er asks if her sister has mentioned the matter of taking on a disciple to the ruthless Master Jueqing. Shangguan Baiyu relays the Master's assessment that Wan'er is too pure-hearted and not ruthless enough to master the "Heartless Palm Technique," vowing to personally protect her "sweet and naive" sister.

Shangguan Baiyu and her sister Wan'er bathe in a rose-petal-filled bathtub. Wan'er remarks that her sister is like the powerful and ruthless "Dongfang Bubai." Shangguan Baiyu then warns her sister against being a "love-brained" fool, declaring all men to be mere playthings. She angrily recalls an earlier incident where she bumped into Qin Shuai and spilled coffee on him, vowing revenge. Meanwhile, Qin Shuai tracks them to the vicinity, using his "Fiery Golden Eyes" ability to locate his target. Unexpectedly, his power allows him to see through the walls, revealing the seductive scene of the two sisters bathing.

Qin Shuai is thrilled to learn that his fiancée Shangguan Baiyu is bathing with his sister Wan'er in the bathroom. He rushes to the scene with incredible speed, his amazing skills even making passersby mistake him for a celestial being. Meanwhile, Jin Shao, the heir of the Evil Dragon Gang, also arrives with his men. He plans to use sleeping gas to incapacitate Shangguan Baiyu, intending to forcibly possess this peerless beauty known as the "Ice Mountain Demoness." Jin Shao is confident in his identity and methods, and a crisis and rescue surrounding Shangguan Baiyu are about to unfold.

After bathing, Shangguan Baiyu prepares to settle scores with the person who threw coffee at her, only to find her sister Wan'er acting strangely, with a fever and even losing control of her speech, shouting about wanting a boyfriend. Shangguan Baiyu, with her exceptional cultivation, keenly senses that a soporific gas has been blown into the room, and Wan'er has been poisoned. Faced with such despicable treachery, Shangguan Baiyu is consumed by rage. After settling her sister down, she decides to go out and confront these "petty criminals." Just then, the villain in the red suit, who was blowing the smoke outside, arrogantly appears.

Jin Shaolong drugs Shangguan Baiyu and her sister Wan'er using despicable methods, leaving them weak and unconscious. Not only does Jin Shaolong intend to blackmail them with nude photos, but he also arrogantly declares his desire to "one dragon, two phoenixes." Facing Jin Shaolong's extreme humiliation and lewd actions, Shangguan Baiyu, poisoned, struggles to resist. As Jin Shaolong attempts further assault, she even pulls out a hairpin and fights for her life, plunging the scene into extreme crisis.
