Plot of Episode 2

In the women's locker room, protagonist Emma is caught by the mysterious boy, Zane, who not only photographs her but also threatens her using his father's influence at school. Emma and her mother Vanessa then move into a mansion. Vanessa informs Emma that her new husband, Mr. Carter, is funding Emma's education and warns Emma to behave herself. Emma subsequently meets her stepfather, Ryan Carter, who also reminds Emma to stay away from his son, Zane. That evening, Emma encounters Zane again by the mansion's pool, swimming. Both are shocked to discover they are step-siblings.
