In a high-end bar, Isabella, working as a waitress, accidentally spilled a drink on her ex-boyfriend, the wealthy Andrew Andries. Their awkward reunion was interrupted by Andrew's companion, Calvin, who made rude remarks, mocking Isabella's profession and past. Andrew stepped in to defend Isabella, but his current girlfriend, Naya, immediately appeared and took him away with an intimate gesture. This scene left Isabella heartbroken. She could only tell herself internally that Andrew came to New York for Naya, and there was no longer any possibility between them.
