Plot of Episode 3

This episode opens with Andrew, now a dominant CEO, stopping the female lead, Isabella, on the street. Under the pretext of a jacket's cost, he demands repayment for a mysterious old debt. Isabella admits she is financially strapped and cannot repay him immediately. A flashback reveals their encounter three years prior: Isabella, then a university student, boldly and proactively confessed her feelings to Andrew and kissed him, initiating their romance. Back in the present, Andrew coldly defines their past intimacy as a "bill" that needs to be settled.
