The episode opens with the gravely ill eldest daughter of the Liu family, Liu Qianqian, visited by three renowned physicians: the King of Medicine, God of Medicine, and Immortal Doctor. The male protagonist, Lin Feng, a young man in work clothes, accurately predicts Liu Qianqian will faint within a minute, only to be mocked by everyone. After his prediction comes true, Liu Qianqian's maid, Xiao Die, falsely accuses Lin Feng of poisoning her and forcibly takes him back to the Liu family. At the Liu residence, the three doctors' "golden pills" prove ineffective, instead causing Liu Qianqian to vomit blood and worsen her condition. The three physicians are helpless. Under pressure from Old Master Liu, they finally reveal that only the world's foremost medical sage, "Zhu Yin," can save her. The episode concludes with a close-up on the calm Lin Feng, hinting at his true identity.
