Detectives George and Irene respond to a report at a house that has been vacant for nearly two years, where eerie knocking and screams are heard. Inside, they discover a makeshift morgue with several bodies connected to IV bags and EEG machines. Forensic pathologist Albert explains that the bodies are being artificially kept "fresh," with faint brain activity remaining after death. The group speculates that this may involve biological experiments or black market organ trafficking. Finally, Irene notices that one of the beds is empty, suggesting that a "body" may have left, adding new suspense and danger to the case.
