Plot of Episode 3

Little girl Tuanzi suddenly warns her adoptive father Ji Yanbing that their great-grandfather is in danger of a stroke. Ji Yanbing dismisses her as a "little charlatan." However, he immediately receives a call confirming that his grandfather (the old man) has suffered a sudden cerebral hemorrhage and is being rushed to the hospital. At the hospital, doctors inform him that while his grandfather is out of danger, the chances of him waking up are slim. The prophecy coming true shocks Ji Yanbing. Tuanzi insists she can save their great-grandfather and points out that the cause of the illness is harm from "villains," with the source being inside the grandfather's room. Ji Yanbing feels an inexplicable sense of familiarity with Tuanzi and decides to trust her one more time, taking her to the ancestral home filled with "malevolent energy."
