Plot of Episode 8

Ji Yuan and his mother Zhong Fang plot to seize the Ji Corporation presidency in the hospital. An accident causes Ji Yuan to lash out and bully a cleaner. Tuanzi, who possesses special abilities, seeks revenge for her father and uses a "bad luck charm" to cause Ji Yuan a series of accidents. In the hospital room, Tuanzi's abilities seem to help her critically ill great-grandfather, Su Xing, wake up and improve. Upon waking, the great-grandfather dotes on Tuanzi, mistaking her for Ji Yanbing's daughter. He immediately decides to spoil her, which unexpectedly solidifies Tuanzi's position in the Ji family.
