Plot of Episode 4

This episode tells of a motorcycle theft case reported to the Anning Street Police Station. Squad leader Xia Hai and officer Xiao Wang respond to the scene and find the owner, a bald, burly man, unreasonably harassing the owner of a skewer shop, demanding compensation for his beloved pink motorcycle, "Sweetie." While Xia Hai investigates according to procedure, the newly recruited, mysterious officer Chu Xuan quietly intervenes. Using extraordinary methods, Chu Xuan claims at the end of the episode to know the motorcycle's whereabouts, revealing their hidden abilities.
