Episode 4 - The Proud Ex-Husband’s Clueless Contract Full Movie

Plot of Episode 4

Five years later, Shen Yuxin and Zhou Jingchen reunite. Zhou presses her for the whereabouts of the jade pendant he gave her back then, but Shen lies and claims she threw it away, despite keeping it hidden as a precious treasure close to her heart. She also mocks him for his narcissism. After leaving the office, Shen drifts into memories of five years ago: back then, she was working herself to the bone as a translator to support her family, while Zhou not only vanished when her mother was critically ill but was also suspected of cheating. Heartbroken and disillusioned, she left her wedding ring behind and demanded a divorce. Back in the present, Shen hides Zhou’s identity from her best friend, Xu Lu, and vents her pent-up resentment by telling everyone that her ex-husband is impotent.
