In this episode, the brutal Duke Sergei aggressively violates the pregnant Elizabeth by her bedside. Desperate to protect her weak and expecting friend, the heroine Adele, wearing a yellow dress, rushes into the room and offers herself in Elizabeth's place. Intrigued by Adele's self-sacrifice, a perverted Sergei drags her to the window and subjects her to a brutal assault. However, despite Adele taking her place, Sergei flies into a rage at Elizabeth's cries, savagely kicking the pregnant woman on the floor while continuing to abuse Adele, resulting in a tragic miscarriage.
