Plot of Episode 8

In the clash between ice and fire, Damon Severu, head of House Severu, faces a life-or-death Blood Oath Duel initiated by Hetias, leader of the Flame Clan, while suffering from severe injuries. To protect his daughter Calista, whose magic has yet to awaken, Damon uses a freezing spell to trap her in place, passes down the family's protective amulet to her, and faces the Flame Clan's eldest son, Malrick, alone. During the battle, Damon has his arm severed and is left at death's door. Witnessing her father's suffering, Calista's despair and grief awaken her dormant, ancient frost bloodline, summoning a massive frost dragon that soars into the sky as the plot reaches its climax.
