Episode 8 - Courtroom Queen's Golden Boy Full Movie

Plot of Episode 8

This episode depicts Shijie, in a heavy atmosphere, revealing his painful family background to Jiangnan. Through a flashback, it's shown that Shijie's stepmother, Cheng Mei, crazily blamed Shijie for the death of her biological son, Wanyu, and pushed him into the water. Facing a vulnerable Jiangnan, Shijie confessed his identity as a "bastard" and how he has always been seen as a jinx to the family. Jiangnan felt deep sympathy for Shijie's plight and gently comforted him. As they consoled each other, their emotions intensified, and they thanked each other for being there, making their relationship more intimate and ambiguous.
