Episode 1 - Antsy to Kill

They smiled for the camera the night they killed him. Now reborn, he’s staring at the photo—and loading his pack. The screams, the betrayal, the fire—he remembers it all. And this time, no one’s getting out clean.

Episode 2 - Antsy to Kill

Returning from rebirth, Gu Huaizhou, along with his ex-girlfriend Su Nian, rival Cheng Ye, and friends, arrives at a remote guesthouse. Gu Huaizhou, acutely aware of the deadly mutated man-eating ants in the area, urgently warns everyone to leave immediately. However, he is met with relentless mockery and humiliation from all, who dismiss him as a cowardly, useless lunatic. The guesthouse owner, Boss Zhou, outwardly appeases them while secretly concealing the truth. In the end, the arrogant Cheng Ye, seeking to provoke Gu Huaizhou, destroys the ant nest, enraging the colony and sowing the seeds of doom for everyone.

In this episode, the protagonist Gu Huaizhou, reborn, tries to prevent the tragedy of his friends being killed by man-eating ants at a mountain guesthouse from repeating. Uncharacteristically, he frantically warns everyone. However, his warnings are dismissed as madness and deliberate disruption by his ex-girlfriend Su Nian, love rival Cheng Ye, and the guesthouse owner, Mr. Zhou. As Gu Huaizhou attempts to stop Lu Yao from entering a dangerous room, he gets into a fierce conflict with Mr. Zhou. Suddenly, a roof beam falls, seemingly confirming his prophecy, leaving a great cliffhanger.

He explains that its death will release pheromones, attracting the entire colony and putting everyone in danger. Shortly after, they discover the guesthouse owner, Boss Zhou, is missing and recall Gu Huaizhou's eerie warning about "man-eating ants" that afternoon. Though Cheng Ye outwardly disbelieves it, everyone descends into extreme fear and chaos when swarms of mutated ants actually crawl onto the dining table. Faced with the ever-increasing number of ants surrounding them, they realize they might die here, and the situation spirals out of control.
