Lin Zhixia takes shelter from the rain at Shen Yanci's home, where she feels deeply embarrassed, mistakenly assuming his bare chest is intentional, while he is actually just avoiding discomfort from his own wet clothes. As they share a subtly romantic atmosphere, Zhixia changes into Shen's white shirt and receives a video call from her elder sister, Zhiqiiu. Her frail sister asks why she ran away from home, but her brother-in-law, Zhou Qiang, suddenly bursts into the frame. Feigning concern while making veiled threats, Zhou sharply notices Shen Yanci standing behind Zhixia, and a confrontation is on the verge of breaking out.
