Episode 8 - Deadbeat 2.0: Glitched into Glory Full Movie

Plot of Episode 8

In a time of famine, transmigator Zhao Qi suddenly returns with a pot of chicken soup, much to the shock and joy of his impoverished family (mother, sister Huilan, and younger brother Xiaohu). Sister Huilan is deeply suspicious of his sudden abilities, fearing he traded himself to Widow Wang for the food. To dispel his family's doubts and protect his sister, Zhao Qi promises to bring back a roasted whole lamb by noon. He uses the "shock value" gained from his family's astonishment to exchange for a goat through a system. However, just as he rejoices at the impending feast, younger brother Xiaohu rushes in in a panic, reporting that Widow Wang has arrived with a group to snatch sister Huilan, and a crisis is about to erupt.
