Plot of Episode 4

The episode opens with Evelyn, a woman suffering from brain cancer, being told by her doctor that her condition has worsened. The story then flashes back to Evelyn discovering her husband Erik having a private rendezvous with his mistress Alicia at home, leading to a heated confrontation. Back at the hospital, Alicia is rushed into emergency treatment for an unknown reason, while Erik encounters a weakened Evelyn in the hallway. On their anniversary, Erik not only ignores Evelyn's pleas but cruelly lashes out at her for Alicia's sake, even heartlessly demanding she donate her heart to Alicia, leaving Evelyn utterly heartbroken.
