Plot of Episode 5

The episode opens with Evelyn's husband, Erik, being intimate with his mistress, Alicia, in the hospital room, promising to transplant Evelyn's heart to Alicia. Evelyn bursts in, shocked to discover she's been betrayed by the husband she trusted most. Alicia smugly reveals her deception to Evelyn, admitting she faked her collapse to gain Erik's sympathy. Facing Evelyn's accusations and desperate pleas, Erik remains unmoved. Instead, he coldly orders the doctors to forcibly draw blood, cruelly telling her to die and pray for Alicia's recovery, pushing the dramatic conflict to its climax.
