Kevin White was once a promising basketball star, but he has been unable to move past the trauma of his best friend Ricky’s death in a car accident. When Coach Kingston sends him into a pivotal game, his influencer girlfriend Victoria is livestreaming the event, expecting him to shine on his path to becoming an NBA All-Star. However, overwhelmed by flashbacks of the tragedy, Kevin loses focus and his defense completely collapses on the court. Scout Scott Downey watches in disappointment from the stands, while Victoria, previously thrilled, immediately turns cold and disgusted. In this moment, Kevin’s career and his relationship hit rock bottom simultaneously.
